EMERGENCY SERVICE! State of emergency! Many thanks to this practice for the competent and kind care on the evening of April 20th during the emergency service. Our 16-week-old puppy had swallowed a rag. It was after 6 p.m., and our regular vet had already closed for the day. So, off we went to Augustusburg. After examining his general condition, a full food bowl was waiting for him. What a joy for our little omnivore! Little did he know that right after the injection, everything came right back up, rag and all. That could have been the end of it. No, we weren't allowed to leave until his circulation had stabilized (everyone knows how exhausting vomiting is, especially for a baby). So, he received something for the nausea and an IV. It's a shame we live so far away; otherwise, this would be my regular vet practice. I felt well cared for during my anxious time with our "baby." I highly recommend this practice.
I can highly recommend the Augustusburg veterinary practice. I've been taking my dog Hugo to Ms. Graebner and Nils from the very beginning. Hugo was never afraid, and thanks to his positive first experiences at the vet, he was never anxious at other practices either. Hugo came through his dental surgery with Ms. Graebner more than well. We could always turn to Ms. Graebner for other problems as well, but she was never too proud to refer us to other colleagues. You can tell that Ms. Graebner and Nils are passionate about their work and take incredibly good care of their patients. ❤️

We went to Franzi and Nils' veterinary clinic for emergency care on April 20th at around 10:30 pm because our dog had unfortunately eaten a piece of cheese wrapped in foil. Since we usually go to the vet in Augustusburg, they were able to handle our rather anxious dog very well, and she calmly endured the examination.
