Today I took my cat to the vet (his front paw was acutely swollen and he couldn't put weight on it). He was in urgent need of treatment, clearly in a lot of pain, and an accident or other injury couldn't be ruled out. Despite this, I was sent away from the waiting room without an examination or assistance, simply told to make an appointment – ​​despite it being a clear emergency. Very disappointing and irresponsible.

A wonderful practice with a wonderful team. My cat received professional care, and the value for money is unbeatable. The veterinarian is incredibly competent! 👍🏻 Highly recommended!
