We feel the need (once again) to express our unspeakable gratitude and appreciation to Dr. and Mrs. Fiedler, as well as the practice team. Our cat Samuel (Sami) was rescued several times in life-threatening condition and treated with loving care and compassion. Our dear neighbors' rabbit Kuschl (who was entrusted to us for vacation care) also received swift and effective help in the dead of night for an acute digestive disorder. The great empathy of both veterinarians is truly remarkable. When a beloved pet is sick or in distress, so are the pet owners, too, so comfort on the one hand, and exceptionally competent explanations of the situation on the other, are comforting and infinitely helpful. Consequently, after successfully treating our animal patients, we have always left the practice feeling confident, free from fear, and always a little wiser. As a doctor (for humans) and thus a distant colleague, I am deeply touched by how appreciatively and professionally "true help" is provided. Respectful yet encouraging communication with patients, whether human or animal, accounts for a large part of the healing success. The Fiedler family is a role model for anyone who wants to help. The practice was very clean and hygienic. The examination area was also beautifully furnished. The veterinarian was very kind and empathetic. She explained everything clearly, and we felt understood and well cared for. I would go back to her anytime.

A very competent and friendly veterinary team! They were very compassionate, even when a pet had to be euthanized. They always offered helpful advice, both over the phone and in person. We are very grateful for this practice in our area and highly recommend it!
