I came with my cat Pablo. He had such a harsh skin on his back. The doctor treated Pablo for a really good price! And the treatment worked really fast. Now Pablo has soft skin on his back and his fur looks so healthy again.

READ THIS. I am writing this review (with sadness) because I REGRET -ICH BEDAUERE- having sought help for my sick cat at this practice. We had to wait a long time and Chaplin became very stressed. He was seriously ill. The vet insisted on drawing blood from his neck, and this turned into a disaster! It took far too long, the vet seemed afraid of my cat wrapped tightly in towels, and eventually the drawing didn't work; I was told to just come back the next day with a half-sedated cat. (€54) After multiple tests, the suspicion was the rare FIP. Blood was sent to a lab for this and I was given (water) pills. (€550) Two days later (hadn't heard anything yet), Chaplin got even sicker, was also not (NEVER) really clear-headed anymore after the sedatives, and I called myself. I asked what I should do over the weekend if things went wrong. ‘What do you mean go wrong?’ …What a reaction! I was told to just go to Facebook for FIP info and look for a clinic in Hamburg. I read that with FIP, you have to act within 2 days, so I contacted an (EXPENSIVE) FIP clinic in Zwolle MYSELF. (‘GREAT!’ said the German vet.) There, Chaplin was admitted urgently, totally dehydrated and with half a liter of fluid in his abdominal cavity (!). Diuretics were detested, and pain medication was administered. He died two miserable days later from… metastatic cancer. Like many older cats. I thought I was doing the right thing by seeking help for personal attention at this small practice, but ultimately, I am very sad that Chaplin’s suffering was likely prolonged… and certainly mine too. Finally: • I unnecessarily spent a fortune in Zwolle • the Dutch receptionist was very rude and had no empathy whatsoever. • I never received the Lab/FIP results. • I only received the ultrasound images requested by Zwolle on the day of his death…. Regret: yes!

This veterinarian was recommended to me by a family member. Short description: The vet does his job very well, answers all questions in a way that is easy to understand and use. I no longer worry about my cat and now know how to recognize when she needs another vet visit. I was there for half an hour and took my cat home with me. Long description: I came to the vet with my cat, worried, and full of questions. My cat was also anxious until we reached the reception area, where the birdsong music playing in the veterinary clinic calmed her down. She stopped meowing from anxiety. From the moment I arrived, through the examination, until I left the clinic, my cat was calmer than expected. A great atmosphere. The veterinarian treated my cat and answered all my questions. Everything went well. Now I know my cat is doing well. I also now know how to recognize when she has a stomach ache. My worries are gone. For the first time, I have some insight into my cat's medical condition. My cat is basically fit and healthy. Furthermore, after my first vet visit, I now know much more about my cat. For example, that she belongs to the "European Shorthair" breed. I also now know her weight and everything else I asked the vet about. When I got home, my cat didn't seem to mind at all that we had been to the vet. She was in a good mood again after just a few minutes; happy to be home.

One star is too much. I've never encountered such an unempathetic doctor. My dog ​​just died on his table because he was only thinking about his money. And his words: "I think those are the last gasps, yes, the dog is dead, do you want to settle up?" Disgusting! How can such a person be allowed to work with animals? A truly terrible doctor, and absolutely inhumane.

We were on holiday nearby when our dog suddenly developed balance problems, vomited, and her eyes were twitching terribly. We found the practice online, called, and were able to come in. The veterinary assistants were all very friendly and accommodating. The doctor came in immediately, performed a thorough examination, and quickly made a diagnosis and treated her accordingly. The doctor did a great job, and even though he wasn't very talkative, I never doubted his competence for a moment. His treatment was exactly right, as my vet at home confirmed a few days later. I would go to him again in a heartbeat if I were ever in the area again. A clear recommendation; the price/performance ratio is excellent. We were so grateful to have found this practice. Afterwards, I needed a report for my vet, and this was also sent immediately by email after a pleasant phone call.
