Reviews
Dr. Dirksen almost killed my diabetic cat in March by indicating me to inject him with 12 units of insulin every 12 hours. At that moment, I knew anything about feline diabetes. Then I knew this is a killing overdose and my cat was very near to die and took a long time to recover. He also wrongly diagnosed him with a hard heart disease but an animals cardiologist, doing the right exams, said he doesn't have any heart illness. If I hadn't realized that something was very wrong and i had followed for longer Dr Dirksen's treatment, my cat had died. I wonder if then his explanation hadn't been that the reason was his heart illness (the non-existent one). All this happened at the beginning of the pandemic and quarantine here. It was very hard for us then to get help for the emergency we were having, so his negligence put our own health under risk too. We used lots of money to recover our cat, plus the lots of money we had already paid to Dr Dirksen, also in a very complicated moment for everybody's economies. He never answered our emails or call phones. Not only he didn't return us our money. He didn't give any explanation or even asked how the cat was. It's hard to understand so much lack of responsibility and love for the chosen profession. For what a person studies a career and works with living beings when he doesn't care at all about the life of those beings? Is it just a matter of money for you, Dr Dirksen? 400 euros is a lot of money for normal people like me. It's what I paid to you. But 400 euros won't make me poorer. They surely didn't make you richer. Actually, you look to me to someone very, very poor. So keep and hug and kiss those 400 euros. They may represent more or less your value. I hope others read this experience before taking their animal friends to your place. You didn't obey your duties as a Med. Vet. I have informed myself about them. I hope you do it better in the future with other animals, even I wouldn't have much expectations about it.

I came across this practice by chance. My dog was unfortunately bitten, and I had to use the emergency service over the weekend. The care and respect I received were so kind and considerate. From the very first moment, I felt I was in excellent hands. Even afterward, my concerns were taken seriously on the phone that evening, and the follow-up appointment the next day went very well. I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for this respectful and needs-oriented treatment.
Excellent, quiet, and beautifully situated veterinary practice. Appointments are quick and easy to schedule, and they're always ready to listen. The vet takes ample time and has a wonderful rapport with animals. Calm, professional, and competent—just what you'd want. Highly recommended! 👍
