The cat was castrated without adequate anesthesia. Several additional injections of anesthetic were administered, but without sufficient effect. Then the vet proceeded even though the cat was fully awake and moving/resisting; the vet simply held the cat down. Furthermore, despite explicit requests, no pain medication (or antibiotics) was given. Other issues also arose, but this information should suffice.
