It's rare to find such a kind, competent, and reliable veterinarian. She exudes such calmness; my kittens were completely relaxed. The neutering procedure went quickly and smoothly. She has a great sense of humor and is always happy to help over the phone. Besides that, the practice is simply lovely and always clean. I can absolutely recommend her. We took our cat to Dr. Dinklage's practice on a Saturday for an emergency appointment, and I can only say positive things! Getting an appointment was quick and easy (we called at 11:00 AM and were able to come in at 12:00 PM). Dr. Dinklage took plenty of time and explained everything very well! We felt very well cared for with our pet; she was absolutely top-notch both personally and professionally! A truly wonderful veterinarian with a heart of gold; we would go to her again in a heartbeat!

I visited this practice as a new client because I had an urgent emergency with our dog and no other veterinarian or clinic was available nearby. We were still able to get an appointment at short notice, and our dog received quick and incredibly kind care. He was already feeling much better after just a few hours, and we will continue to treat him here. My dog ​​and I feel very well cared for and in good hands because the animal is treated with such loving care. For the first time, my dog ​​wasn't afraid or agitated at the vet, so I would gladly recommend this practice.

Fantastic vet!! We took our dog there for an emergency. The treatment was superb; she was incredibly kind to both the animal AND US! Transparent, honest, and focused on the animal's well-being, not just the money! We will definitely come back again and again; such a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, especially on a Sunday during emergency hours! ❤️👍

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. I inquired about the bill… supposedly almost €450 for a blood draw that cost €200 a year earlier at another vet (that was already the new fee schedule). When I asked, I only received curt answers and absolutely no cooperation regarding my request for the aforementioned profiles. Sorry, but never again!
