It's rare to find such a kind, competent, and reliable veterinarian. She exudes such calmness; my kittens were completely relaxed. The neutering procedure went quickly and smoothly. She has a great sense of humor and is always happy to help over the phone. Besides that, the practice is simply lovely and always clean. I can absolutely recommend her. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. I inquired about the bill… supposedly almost €450 for a blood draw that cost €200 a year earlier at another vet (that was already the new fee schedule). When I asked, I only received curt answers and absolutely no cooperation regarding my request for the aforementioned profiles. Sorry, but never again!

I visited the practice as a new customer because I had an urgent emergency with our dog and there was no other veterinarian or clinic nearby. We still got an appointment at short notice and our dog was helped quickly and with great care. After just a few hours he was feeling much better and we are now continuing treatment here. My dog ​​and I feel very looked after and in good hands because the animal is treated very lovingly here. For the first time, my dog ​​wasn't afraid or very upset at the doctor, so I'm happy to recommend the practice.
