Very friendly team!

So far, all the veterinarians who work here have helped us reliably, competently, transparently, and with great empathy. We feel truly well cared for. We've been to both the Gronau and Bad Bentheim locations. Honest, empathetic, and competent people at work 🥰

We had an emergency with our cat, and my wife called the veterinary practice in Gildehaus first thing in the morning to find out what immediate steps we could take and how quickly we could come in for an examination. Even on the phone, we received very thoughtful advice and were given the opportunity to come directly to the practice. We were even able to come in before a scheduled surgery, and our beloved pet received a precise diagnosis, followed by an X-ray for confirmation, which reassured us and confirmed further measures for improvement. We would like to thank the entire practice team; please continue to be so kind, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend them.

We've been going to Dr. Björn Becker for a while now, and we have to say that we initially felt very well cared for, but that hasn't been the case for quite some time. We have a dog who has been treated by many people over the past few years, but never by Dr. Becker himself, as was the case before. We find this regrettable and are now changing veterinarians because a certain level of familiarity is very important to us. Unfortunately, that's no longer possible under the current circumstances. We're saddened that, in our opinion, the veterinary practice has adopted this approach. They used to have a really good concept for patients, where you felt well cared for. That hasn't been the case for quite some time, and that's why we're switching to someone else.

We had an emergency with our cat and were able to come in immediately. He was cared for with great empathy, calm, and expertise, and every step was explained to us in detail. Both the veterinarians and the entire staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and friendly. The practice is modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice and will gladly return. :)
