I was surprised that I wasn't even greeted personally during my visit. Unfortunately, my overall first impression was unprofessional. Furthermore, I felt the way one of the veterinary assistants handled my rabbit was inappropriate and, at times, even intrusive. Especially with sensitive prey animals like rabbits, I consider a calm, respectful, and stress-free approach to be crucial. Unfortunately, a misdiagnosis was also made, which was an additional disappointment. Overall, I got the impression that rabbits don't receive the same level of professional attention at the practice as other pets. Rabbits often have specific medical needs and deserve equally competent and careful treatment.

Hello, I was there two weeks ago with my cat. She was examined, etc., all quite normal. Then they performed further tests without asking beforehand if I could even pay for them. I don't know if that's right. I ended up spending almost €400. I then went to my vet with a copy of the bill (I've removed the name of the practice here to avoid defaming anyone). According to him, one of the tests wasn't even necessary; he said it was completely pointless. He would have charged me around €130. It couldn't be more outrageous. In my opinion, I can only advise everyone against going there.

We take our husky, Taiko, to Dr. Becker for treatment and are completely satisfied. Both Dr. Becker and the veterinary assistants are always very friendly and helpful to us and to Taiko. 🤞🏼 We feel that Taiko and Dr. Becker are in very good hands at the practice. We wouldn't entrust our dog's care to anyone else. Dr. Becker is always very dedicated and gives his best. 🙏🏼 All 5 stars are well deserved!!
