We usually go to the veterinary practice in Gildehaus, but since it's currently vacation season there, we were asked to come to the one in Heek. During the phone call, we were told to allow plenty of time, as it was very busy. However, I didn't sit with our dog for a single minute before being called into the examination room. The veterinarian (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) and both medical assistants were very empathetic, friendly, and understanding. Sadly, our Trey suffered kidney failure, and we had to let him go. Due to his age (almost 19) and his condition, we had him euthanized at the practice. We were given as much time and treats as we needed. The team went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable, and we felt very at ease. The practice is conveniently located; it's easy to get there by car, and there's parking right outside. The fact that the premises must have once served a different purpose is initially a little disconcerting. The building's facade is entirely made of glass, and if we hadn't been told what to look for, we probably would have driven right past it, as it's not immediately obvious that it's a veterinary practice. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Anyone who puts so much heart into their work deserves five stars many times over. Thank you for everything.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent advice. Questions are answered patiently and competently, and we've never had to wait long. We feel very well cared for with our puppy!

The staff were friendly, and the vet seemed competent and very friendly as well. I just would have liked a bit more transparency regarding my pet's treatment. In the end, I had to Google at home to find out what had been done and what the next steps would be.

Our dog had to undergo emergency surgery yesterday. We were new clients and received such kind and caring service; I can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team. The surgical scar was stitched so delicately and beautifully—truly fantastic work. Thank you so much!
