The veterinarian is very competent and explains everything in detail. We are very satisfied with the treatment our dog Lotta received and will gladly return if needed. The team is also very friendly, and we always get an appointment quickly.

For 16 years, Mrs. Van der Louw was by our side and the side of our dogs. We always felt completely at ease in her care. Even on our final journey, we couldn't have imagined anyone better by our side. Mrs. Van der Louw showed us and our dogs so much empathy and compassion. If it hadn't been for her on so many occasions, our dogs certainly wouldn't have lived to such an old age. We thank her for a wonderful, loving, and exceptionally competent time. Thank you for everything!

Ms. van der Louw will never treat another animal for me in this lifetime!!! I wish her nothing but "the best." And that means half an hour of the excruciating pain our dog suffered. We had to have our dog euthanized last Monday due to a misdiagnosis and incorrect medication. Maren, you should be ashamed!

A fantastic team!!! They calmed me down and offered support right from the start, even during an emergency call. At my subsequent appointment, they took their time, explained everything clearly, and even provided follow-up advice over the phone. I felt very well cared for. We received prompt and expert help. We had previously been seeing a different doctor, but unfortunately, that doctor is no longer practicing. Since then, we've been going from one doctor to another. Now I've finally found a practice I'll stick with. An excellent doctor and a very friendly team!!!
