We took our dog for a heart ultrasound to get a second opinion and were very pleased! Dr. van de Louw is very kind and empathetic, and he explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. Thankfully, there's no reason to worry, and we're so glad we made the trip to Gronau. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back! :-) THANK YOU!

After being mistreated by three other veterinarians, we came to you. Dr. van de Louw came back to the practice specifically to see Lenny's condition and act immediately, and he was the only one who did the right thing. We're so glad to be with you and felt comfortable right away. The receptionists are also very friendly. What I also find absolutely wonderful is the genuine interest shown in the animals. I was only at the practice to pick up medication, and Dr. van de Louw immediately asked about Lenny. I can contact the practice anytime. We are incredibly grateful and don't even know what to say.
