I am truly very satisfied with this practice. The veterinarian was very kind, calm, and competent, and he took plenty of time for my dog. The examination was very thorough – they even took skin samples to get a precise diagnosis. I was particularly impressed by the vet's confident handling of my dog, who normally doesn't let strangers (especially men) touch him and quickly becomes aggressive. The veterinarian remained calm, knew exactly how to handle the situation, and thus saved me a lot of stress. Furthermore, I received comprehensive and easy-to-understand advice. I felt taken seriously and well cared for. A clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!
