Top!!!
Mr. Michl is always very nice, and that's where the positives end. I knew from some acquaintances that you can't expect any professional expertise. I experienced that firsthand. I went back anyway because I thought you couldn't really go wrong with a microchip injection. They use really thick needles. The injection was given, but it came out about 5 cm further along. Just pierced through without any rhyme or reason. Of course, it bled, etc. There was no apology, just a lot of empty talk to gloss over the situation. The few visits I tried there were all chaotic and helpless, and they match the experiences of some acquaintances. Now we drive 20 minutes to the vet, but at least there you get expert help.
On May 8th, 2026, I took my approximately 5-week-old kitten to Dr. Roland Michl's veterinary practice. I explained that my kitten had been found in a container without its mother and that it was unable to use the litter box. No tests were performed – no X-rays, no swabs, nothing. I was told everything was fine and only given something to deworm her. Two days later, she died, even though I specifically asked if the food I was giving her was okay. I was told yes to everything, and apparently, it was all fine – but apparently not, as I've since learned. I hope this review is taken seriously and not simply deleted, because I would like an explanation. The practice's email address is unfortunately invalid.
I'm very satisfied with the veterinary practice. Dr. Michl explains things immediately and takes his time. The veterinary assistants are all super nice, too.
