The veterinarian, Dr. Brinkmeier, is extremely empathetic, competent, and takes plenty of time to answer all questions. She is very caring towards both the animal and the owner. The assistant, Dr. Hermes, is also wonderful – always friendly, helpful, and incredibly gentle with the animals. The way our rabbit is treated is outstanding. Our rabbit seems very comfortable and is less irritated after visits to this practice than with other veterinarians. It receives excellent care in every respect, whether for complex surgeries, intensive post-operative care, routine checkups, or any questions that arise during rabbit ownership. This makes us feel well cared for, and we always have a contact person we completely trust. In emergencies, help and answers are provided quickly, and the examinations are very thorough. Furthermore, the knowledge and expertise regarding rabbits is exceptional, something we haven't experienced at any other practice. We gladly drive three hours each way for this! Our rabbit had a congenital dental malocclusion, which was corrected with surgery, giving our rabbit (and us) a new, carefree, hopping, and happy life :-) We always enjoy visiting Ms. Brinkmeier and highly recommend Dr. Schepers' veterinary practice.

I've been taking my rabbits from Bergkamen to this veterinary practice for years. Ms. Brinkmeier is the most wonderful, competent, and friendly veterinarian I know. She has such extensive expertise and a real heart for rabbits. She patiently and sensitively supports you in dealing with various illnesses or situations; no question is too much trouble. She has plenty of time for everything, is very gentle with the animals during examinations, and is thorough in her diagnostics. I can't find enough words to praise her and the entire team there! I drive 70km and would gladly travel even further to visit this practice! Ms. Brinkmeier is the best veterinarian I have ever met. Especially with rabbits, her enormous competence and experience are immediately apparent. She handles the animals with such care, takes her time, and explains everything calmly and clearly.
