I've always been quite satisfied here, but my last appointment was incredibly chaotic. People kept coming into the examination room, the vet was multitasking and completely distracted. They didn't take any time, instead trying to push expensive dental work on everyone's cat. Before the work, I'm supposed to come back for another appointment so someone can tell me if it's really necessary or not, because "it's not their area of ​​expertise." But it's kind of necessary, isn't it? It's all very strange. One cat was examined, the other wasn't. One was weighed, the other wasn't. It felt more like uncoordinated mass processing than proper care. However, all the ladies at the front desk and those assisting during the treatment were incredibly nice and friendly.

Last Sunday, we received a very warm welcome with our dog, who had suffered two seizures, even though we weren't patients before. They even waited for us, as we couldn't make it to the appointment time. The highly competent veterinarian took her time with our dog and us, and we felt very well cared for.
