We had a terrible experience at this practice. Our 1 1/2-year-old, healthy rabbit died during anesthesia before the actual surgery even began. Instead of inhalation anesthesia, an injectable anesthetic was administered. From everything we've researched since, inhalation anesthesia is considered significantly more controllable and safer for rabbits. Why didn't you tell us this during the consultation? You should have explained the difference and that the other method is better! Injectable anesthesia is rarely used for surgery! But the main thing is to collect money during the consultation, which lasts less than 5 minutes! Our little one was young, healthy, and had no pre-existing conditions! We trusted the practice and naturally assumed that the correct type of anesthesia would be chosen. Later, however, we discovered that the surgeon apparently had very little experience with small animals. We are aware that there is always a certain risk involved in surgery, especially with rabbits. However, it seems completely disproportionate to us that a healthy, young animal died during the induction of anesthesia. We find it particularly difficult to understand the comparison to our 8-year-old, seriously ill rabbit (tumor, snuffles, EC-positive), who had surgery under inhalation anesthesia performed by an experienced veterinarian without any problems. In addition, despite our pet's death, we had to pay over €200, even though the surgery wasn't even started. We find this extremely distressing and disappointing. Therefore, we are questioning whether there was negligence involved. Our Minni was healthy and so young! We trusted the practice, and our little pet was simply taken from us!

A practice where the vets take their time. They listen to the animal's history, examine it thoroughly, and help the animal. Everything a pet owner could wish for. We are currently taking my cat, Bagiera, there for treatment. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with lymphoma in his stomach, with little hope. Because it's also a very emotional situation, I am all the more grateful for the patience our vet and the team have shown. Every step is communicated honestly, reasonably, and openly. They take the time to answer any questions. Costs are clearly explained. I feel very well cared for, and my cat even more so. Our vet truly puts a lot of passion and dedication into Bagiera's treatment. I really appreciate that. Another big advantage is that you can wait with your pet in the car. Bagiera also loves being able to enjoy the view of the garden while he's being treated on the examination table. I think you can truly entrust your beloved pet to this practice with complete peace of mind and simply give it a try. Not every vet appeals to everyone, but this one is the right one for us. Thank you for the expert help, and we hope for many more happy years together with our cat.
