Reviews
A very, very nice vet who puts the animal's well-being before profit. We're thrilled, and our dog, who's actually quite anxious, finds him likeable, too.
Dr. Ruch is wonderful with our cats. We've been to another vet before, and our cat didn't feel comfortable there at all. He explains everything very well and doesn't try to rip you off with unnecessary tests. The practice could just be a bit cleaner.
This man is an insurance fraudster! If it's billed through insurance, he likes to add on 10 organ tests. And he didn't just do this to me; a friend of mine had the same experience.
Yesterday I visited the vet and left feeling incredibly positive! We were worried that our dog might have a joint or hip problem. Dr. Ruch examined her, and his initial diagnosis was immediately convincing—no rip-off or anything like that. He even said, "X-rays would be premature and would only incur unnecessary costs," which I appreciated. After further examination, we determined together that it was just a ligament issue. Why both? Because Dr. Ruch was very careful to involve me and explain what he was doing and what he was observing. He also gave me a great tip for trimming her nails at home, so we can take care of these little things ourselves in the future. CONCLUSION: A top-notch veterinarian, highly competent, and the practice is, after all, a veterinary clinic, not a beauty salon, so hygiene was absolutely top-notch!
My cat had to be euthanized; the vet just made stupid remarks. He's taking advantage of people; you have to pay a lot – it's a rip-off.
