A wonderful practice with truly wonderful people; you feel comfortable and treated with so much love here. My cat was always treated so lovingly by the veterinary assistants, and during treatments she was constantly spoiled with treats, which always made her feel much more at ease. And Dr. Hagen is especially admirable. The sensitivity with which she treats and explains things is something I've never experienced before. A beautifully designed practice, very clean and welcoming. They've thoughtfully included many thoughtful touches for the animals, such as calming scented diffusers and cat parking cubes – a lovely idea! 👍 Short waiting times and very friendly staff, from reception to the vet. Everything is explained clearly, and the staff are very attentive to each animal, using gentle distractions like treats. 👍 We'll definitely be back! 😉

Wonderful veterinarians and a fantastic practice team! We were visiting home from Berlin when my dog ​​Finley unfortunately ate a slice of Christmas stollen, which meant we had to go to the practice just before Christmas.
