We brought our dog Toffy to this veterinary practice in a desperate state. He had been receiving poor treatment from a previous vet and was not improving. From our very first appointment here, we finally got answers about his condition. The incredible doctors quickly identified the issues and prescribed the right treatments to guide Toffy through his recovery. They were not only highly skilled but also exceptionally kind and supportive. Whenever we had questions, they were responsive via email, and they showed great flexibility when things didn’t go as planned. However, during his recovery, Toffy faced another serious challenge—a fat abscess on his tail burst and got infected within a single day. The pain he was in was heartbreaking. The team treated the wound immediately but, when it became clear that it wasn’t healing as hoped, they didn’t hesitate to recommend surgery. I truly appreciated their decisive action and how they prioritized Toffy’s well-being without unnecessary delays. During the days leading up to the surgery, we were heartbroken, fearing the worst as the wound looked terrible. On the day of the procedure, the team took the time to explain everything to us and reassured us throughout the process. The surgery was a success, and their exceptional care saved our baby. They ensured a close follow-up and even saw Toffy daily, including Sundays, to monitor his recovery and prevent any setbacks. Toffy is still recovering but is now doing so much better, and we are incredibly grateful to this practice. Their professionalism, kindness, well-equipped facilities, and excellent communication —from the vets to the entire staff—made a world of difference. We cannot recommend this practice highly enough and will forever be thankful to them for saving our beloved Toffy and his magic tail ♥️. After so many visits to other practices, we finally feel like we are in the right hands.
