Our Prague Ratter had wounds on his head and neck after a biting attack, resulting in a large abscess on his neck. Dr. Kira Jörn was extremely empathetic, and the little guy was like a different dog the very next day. We were able to come in for two spontaneous follow-up appointments. Excellent veterinary advice, even for new customers who could come spontaneously, I really liked it.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ever since her daughter took over the veterinary practice, she's completely lost all compassion for animals, and all you see in her eyes are dollar signs. This is the third time she's misdiagnosed our pet, or even misdiagnosed them at all, forcing them to endure a painful ordeal. And in an emergency, you can't rely on her at all. On top of that, her manner is unfriendly. Anyone who truly wants to help their pet should go to Dr. Specht in Northeim or to a veterinary clinic, even if it costs money.

Veterinarian Ms. Jörn lovingly nursed our Abby back to health. We had almost given up hope and had already said our goodbyes 🥹 We are so happy that Ms. Jörn was able to help us so quickly and that Abby actually pulled through and is almost completely healthy again. Thank you, Ms. Jörn!
