Today I had my first appointment to have my 25-year-old Trakehner's teeth checked and treated. I've rarely been so well received and informed! Scheduling the appointment beforehand was incredibly easy, and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. The "old man" doesn't need another appointment until summer/autumn. Then, I brought in a Shetland pony as an extra, and it was treated immediately. The atmosphere is so wonderfully calm; there's no rush. Every animal gets time and peace. I'm absolutely thrilled and looking forward to the next appointment. I can't understand the review about the "vaccination sticker fee." The vet has to adhere to the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT). I find it very unfortunate that vets are being negatively reviewed for something they didn't decide on or charge extra for. The fact that bills have all risen so dramatically is due to other "authorities" or "important theorists." I'm so glad I found this veterinary practice and feel that my horse and I are in very good hands.
I can highly recommend them; they are always friendly and helpful. My horse wouldn't be alive without Patricia!!! I've only been with her since last year, but I trust her 100% ❤️
A competent, empathetic, and friendly veterinarian. We felt very well cared for; the entire treatment (dental work) was stress-free and took place in a calm atmosphere, so the horse felt very comfortable from the start. A great veterinarian; we'll gladly come back.
