My owner isn't a particularly experienced dog owner, and for some reason, he keeps bringing me here. They probably understand him. I'd much rather go somewhere else, like a grill restaurant, but my owner insists. People! My owner is a bit more experienced now and wants to elaborate on his recommendation. The veterinarians and staff are incredibly empathetic and competent. The dog still prefers the grill restaurant, but sometimes it's necessary. In any case, my owner has complete trust in the practice. Perhaps that gives the dog a bit of peace of mind, too.
Very professional team. We visited a clinic with two cats and received a very thorough examination and help with chipping. For refugees from Ukraine - the clinic participates in the social assistance program and provides free chipping and vaccination against rabies. For non-residents of the European Union, keep in mind that payment is made only by EC card or cash. I really recommend this command.
Our cats love them!
An excellent veterinarian and a super competent and friendly team! Here, both animal and human are in the best hands.
Speechless. For 12 years, I've taken my dog to this veterinary practice for regular checkups and have always found the care to be friendly and competent. That's why I was so disappointed by my last experience. Last week, I called in the morning because I wanted my dog's heart and lungs checked – she was breathing more heavily and rapidly than usual. For me, it wasn't an emergency, but a routine checkup. Since there were no appointments available, I was offered the option of walking in without an appointment, with the expected wait time. I had no problem with that. What really surprised me, however, was the information that this would cost an additional €74 – with the explanation that I would disrupt the practice's workflow. I hope that other practices don't adopt this as a business model. Luckily, I was able to go to another practice. But unfortunately, not everyone has that kind of mobility and flexibility. It's a shame.
