Although it was my first time at this veterinary practice, I received a very warm welcome and was even able to squeeze in an appointment. I arrived shortly before 7 p.m. – even though the practice closes at 7 p.m. – and was still warmly welcomed. The wait of about 40 minutes without an appointment was completely acceptable. The vet I saw was extremely kind, patient, and very sensitive to my cat, who was being treated for a fever. He was given antibiotics, and unlike our previous vet, she examined him thoroughly, took her time, and explained everything in detail. The second spontaneous visit, the wait was a bit longer – over an hour – but it was a Saturday and the practice was very busy. A particularly positive aspect is that you can remain flexible during the wait: You can wait in your car, take a seat in the waiting room, or sit in a small, cozy wooden hut in the parking lot. This is particularly convenient for people with social phobia, anxiety disorders, or agoraphobia, as it gives them more space to retreat to. The waiting area is also located right by the exit, which further relaxes the atmosphere. The practice itself is clearly laid out—a hallway with direct access to the treatment rooms. My cat had an X-ray (€90 per scan) and a blood sample taken there. Including a consultation, the visit came to €256, which I consider reasonable. It's also worth mentioning that the practice is open on Sundays—and even then, the wait time was less than 40 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience: friendly, competent, well-organized, and highly recommended even for anxious pet owners.

The staff is consistently very friendly, and the attending veterinarian was both thorough and methodical in her diagnostic approach. Even after 7 p.m., she called to confirm the lab results. Appointments are rather uncommon, but the wait time was manageable on three consecutive days. There's a small, separate area for cats in the waiting room. I would describe the pricing as standard; however, as is often the case, it can be expensive outside of regular office hours. Ample parking is available, as well as a dog waste station nearby.

Unfortunately, I had to take our Pippi (a Maltese mix) to the emergency vet on the Saturday after the holidays. After a quick phone call, I drove there and was greeted very warmly. After the wait (very well organized, as there are two waiting shelters outside), I was the last one into the examination room, and Pippi received very professional help. The vet also explained the problem to me very clearly.
