We arrived at the practice with our dog shortly before closing time due to an emergency. We were still a bit shaken up, but the veterinarians calmed us down incredibly quickly and were extremely helpful and kind. Thank goodness our dog is already feeling better, thanks to you all. Thank you so much!
Unfortunately, I had to take our Pippi (a Maltese mix) to the emergency vet on the Saturday after the holidays. After a quick phone call, I drove there and was greeted very warmly. After the wait (very well organized, as there are two waiting shelters outside), I was the last one into the examination room, and Pippi received very professional help. The vet also explained the problem to me very clearly.
Although it was my first time at this veterinary clinic, I received a very warm welcome and was even squeezed in. I arrived shortly before 7 p.m. – even though the clinic closes at 7 p.m. – and was still greeted kindly. The wait of about 40 minutes without an appointment was perfectly acceptable. The veterinarian I saw was exceptionally kind, patient, and very gentle with my cat, who was being treated for a fever. He received antibiotics, and unlike our previous vet, she examined him thoroughly, took her time, and explained everything in detail. On my second walk-in visit, the wait was a bit longer – over an hour – but it was a Saturday, and the clinic was very busy. A particularly positive aspect is the flexibility offered while waiting: you can wait in your car, take a seat in the waiting room, or sit in a small, cozy wooden cabin in the parking lot. This is especially pleasant for people with social phobia, anxiety disorders, or agoraphobia, as it provides more privacy. The waiting area is also conveniently located near the exit, which further enhances the relaxed atmosphere. The practice itself is clearly laid out – a hallway with direct access to the treatment rooms. My cat had an x-ray (90 € per image) and blood was drawn. Including the consultation, the visit cost 256 €, which I consider reasonable. It's also worth noting that the practice is open on Sundays – and even then, the waiting time was under 40 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience: friendly, competent, well-organized, and also recommendable for anxious pet owners.
