First, we would like to thank Dr. Brockhaus and her team. They did everything they could to save our stray cat, but unfortunately, we still had to say goodbye. After bad experiences with other veterinarians, we felt very well cared for at Dr. Brockhaus's practice, and most importantly, she actually listened to what we had to say about our cat. We hadn't experienced that before. If another stray cat comes to live with us, we will definitely go back to Dr. Brockhaus's practice.

A fantastic team that always takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in because the atmosphere is so friendly. I've only had positive experiences! Ms. Brockhaus always gives advice with the animal's well-being in mind and even points out treatment options that she herself doesn't offer. Other veterinarians would probably have simply pocketed the money and not referred me to other colleagues at all. All the staff are very kind and caring!
