We are extremely satisfied with Bettina Röder's veterinary practice. The entire team is very friendly and empathetic, and always takes the time to address our concerns. You truly feel that you and your pet are in good hands there. We particularly appreciate the expert advice, the caring approach, and the honest assessments. For us, it's a practice we can trust and absolutely recommend.
I am so grateful to this veterinary practice for our little Lilly. We were there almost every week at the beginning. They took their time and asked how she was doing. And our Lilly loves this practice. Whether it's the receptionist or the vet, her favorite vet is still Ms. Röder, who used to carry Lilly around the practice because she was so weak. I always left with a very good feeling.
Ms. Röder is not only extremely competent professionally, but above all, incredibly empathetic. Our anxious dog from Romania really has a hard time trusting people – but Ms. Röder patiently and calmly took the time to gently approach her. We would particularly like to emphasize how thoroughly and clearly she explained everything to us. Both my partner and I were fully informed about our dog's condition and never felt that our questions were too many – on the contrary, she took the necessary time for everything, which I found very positive. Even during the surgery, in which a tooth was removed and several shotgun pellets were discovered, she showed and explained everything to us in detail. Furthermore, she also gave us valuable tips on supporting our dog's health, for example, to prevent joint problems. You can simply tell that the whole dog is considered here. The entire practice team is also simply wonderful – all the assistants are incredibly friendly, loving in their handling of the animals, and always take their time. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, without any hectic activity, which is incredibly important for sensitive dogs like ours (and their sensitive owner). We felt completely at ease and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
