Our deepest thanks go to Dr. Cosmin Albu and the entire team at the practice! My 16-year-old Chihuahua had to undergo emergency surgery due to a life-threatening situation. Thanks to the quick, competent, and incredibly compassionate intervention of veterinarian Dr. Albu, our dog was saved. Even in this exceptional situation, we as her owners received excellent care, information, and reassurance. We are incredibly grateful for this expertise and the loving aftercare. Our dog had shown signs of anaplasmosis and developed severe anemia. His blood values ​​deteriorated drastically within a few weeks, and antibiotics were ineffective. Our previous vet had suggested various other treatment options but ultimately dashed all hope of his recovery. Our dog was only six years old at the time and still had half his life ahead of him, yet he was given only weeks to live. Our world collapsed. Not satisfied with this diagnosis, I began searching for an experienced veterinarian for a second opinion. I found Dr. Albu's practice through Google and was convinced by the positive reviews and his transparent background on his website. Dr. Albu welcomed us warmly from the start and gave our dog a realistic chance of recovery, thus restoring hope for us. Even though the journey was very difficult and demanded a great deal from us both emotionally and physically, it was the right one. The treatment proposed by Dr. Albu... Albu's treatment finally worked, and our four-legged friend is now completely healthy again after weeks of suffering – it's nothing short of a miracle. We are overjoyed and incredibly grateful to the veterinarian for his professional and realistic assessment of the situation, his constant availability for questions and emergencies, and his empathy and calming manner, especially when dealing with our dog. The practice team was also very friendly and welcoming to our dog and us from the very beginning – that helps enormously in such an exceptional situation. I can only advise every pet owner to get a second opinion if in doubt. In this case, it saved our dog's life. Of course, we will continue to use Dr. Albu and his team!
