We've been patients of Ms. Skuballa for a very long time. Unfortunately, since mid-December of last year, my dog ​​has been very ill, and I was quite desperate at times. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my dog ​​has received over the past four weeks. We have always been supported competently, empathetically, and reliably. Ms. Skuballa always had a listening ear, took plenty of time for us, and was truly there for us whenever we needed her. Her diagnoses were always very accurate and gave me a great deal of peace of mind. You can tell that she not only possesses professional expertise but also genuine compassion for both animals and their owners. Highly recommended!

During the most difficult time – when we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Milow – we were supported with so much empathy, patience, and compassion. Ms. Stadelmann took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and even called me in the evenings to address my concerns. This was anything but a given. We were especially touched that after the last appointment, we were allowed to go home with Milow in peace and later received a heartfelt condolence card from the entire team. Here, you don't feel like "just a number," but truly seen – as a person and as a pet owner. Even now, with our young cat, we are experiencing the same care, kindness, and professionalism – whether for vaccinations, neutering, or small inquiries via email, which are always answered quickly and warmly. We feel completely at ease here and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Ms. Skuballa is definitely my first choice when it comes to my animals. She is always empathetic, both towards the animals and the people.
