Reviews
Very friendly and helpful!
I took our two-year-old cat there and was very satisfied. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was able to come in the same day, and they took their time and listened to me. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone was very nice and treated my cat really well.
Highly recommended veterinary clinic! We've been bringing our dog Lucy here for quite some time now, and we've always received competent and prompt care. The entire team is very friendly, empathetic, and always ready to help. You feel taken seriously and in good hands. Thank you so much for the excellent care!
Never again! Absolutely not recommended! I went there several times because of my cat. They always told me the same thing: that it was just a food intolerance. We tried everything and did what the vet suggested (trying different foods; she couldn't offer any other solutions). They couldn't give us any further advice. One of the vets there was completely clueless and rude. I called for help, and I overheard the vet insulting me and my cat and completely dismissing us (even though it was an emergency). From then on, I only went to the animal hospital, because they could at least give me some ideas on how to proceed. Because of them, my cat is now in the hospital's inpatient ward, because they wouldn't accept him and didn't even consider what the problem might be. Those people don't care about cats. When asked, they can't even explain technically what the problem might be or how to proceed.
My 12-year-old dog, Emma, had dental surgery, and they found cancer. She's doing well otherwise, but she also has arthritis. She's been given medication for that. I went there today because I'd told them I could come in anytime and get painkillers. A veterinary assistant was very annoyed and told me they hadn't been there since October and that I had to bring the dog in. I told the woman that the dog already had an appointment in June, as the vets had told me. I could come in anytime and get painkillers. She was annoyed with me and said the vet had told me to bring the dog in and had ignored me. I've spent so much money there. I won't be going back.
