When I read these unqualified negative reviews, it really makes my blood boil. We've had several vets and have been going to Dr. Raschke for over 15 years now. She's the most thorough and empathetic vet we've ever had. When a vet cries with me when I had to have our cat put down, that speaks volumes. And apparently, the negative reviews are always about excessively high or unnecessary fees. Sure, sometimes there are high costs involved, but then I wouldn't get a pet in the first place, or I'd go to Dr. Aldi or Dr. Lidl. You can't exactly browse the veterinary fee schedule before an examination, since the necessary procedures are only determined on-site. The fact is: It's a very good practice with friendly people.

Both the veterinarian and the assistant are very friendly and helpful, as well as highly competent in their field. I'm so glad I found a practice where my cats are in good hands. I was particularly impressed by the veterinarian's clear boundaries regarding treatment requests that are medically inadvisable or outside her area of ​​expertise. This gave me the impression that she truly does her work with heart and dedication. I highly recommend this practice!

My kitten suffers from an autoimmune disease that causes her tongue to gnaw away about twice a year, which is extremely painful. Over the five years of her life, I've been to various vets due to moves and vacations. The first time I saw Dr. Raschke, her mouth was roughly torn open, possibly even touching her painful tongue. Biggi resisted, hissed, and bit. Furthermore, follow-up examinations were charged higher than the new fee schedule. Of course, I had to pay more for an X-ray than just for the treatment of the autoimmune disease. But the doctor not only requires the basic examination (palpation of the organs, etc.) but also a more detailed examination, including palpation of the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, and musculoskeletal system, which isn't necessary with the autoimmune disease. Today, I went to the vet I used to have at my hometown because her tongue was infected again. Biggi lay down obediently, let them examine her mouth, and tolerated the two injections without hesitation. That's how it should be. Please speak kindly, because animals also suffer from pain. For this, I paid the usual price for all other veterinarians: 1 examination, 2 injections, so no rip-off! Regarding the significantly increased costs, I wrote to them in January 2025 and never received a response. It's normal and understandable that the X-ray results in a higher bill. I didn't even complain about it! Your comment is misplaced. I wrote about the treatment of the autoimmune disease. Here, a general examination was performed and three were charged. Your claim that you can google where it's cheaper doesn't apply to Germany. That's what the fee schedule is for!!!

A charming veterinary practice! Dr. Raschke is a truly empathetic veterinarian who takes plenty of time to answer all your questions. Her treatments are of excellent quality, and she always strives to find the best solutions. Her practice dog is always present and has a calming effect on our cats. She took exceptional care of our cats' neutering, including an emergency operation. We feel very well cared for by her and enjoy going there. Her fees seem completely fair, and appointments are always available promptly when needed.

Dr. Raschke and her team are simply fantastic! They're top-notch both professionally and personally! Dr. Raschke is a true veterinarian and has helped us several times with serious treatments. Her own dog, Luna, helps put the animals at ease. I feel very, very well cared for there.
