Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We took our dog there yesterday, and he was in very serious condition. He was misdiagnosed and prescribed several pills that, in retrospect, proved ineffective. There was no thorough examination or indication that his condition could be acute and life-threatening. What was particularly disappointing for us was the lack of empathy in a situation that was extremely stressful for our family. We felt that our concerns were not being taken seriously. Today, just one day later, we had to have our beloved dog euthanized at an animal hospital. There, the true severity of his illness became clear. In retrospect, we could have spared ourselves a great deal of suffering—for our dog and for ourselves—if things had been handled differently yesterday. This is a very painful experience that has severely damaged our trust.

We needed to have our old dog's teeth cleaned and this practice was recommended to us. We weren't disappointed; the veterinarian is truly highly competent and the staff is very friendly. 😇 A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jessen for her excellent work and empathetic communication and treatment!
