The doctor and the medical assistant are always professional and empathetic. Short waiting times, detailed consultations in person or, if necessary, by phone. Highly recommended!
My little Brutus injured his left eye while sniffing at the hedge. I immediately got an appointment for an eye exam. The examination was very thorough, and they were able to help the little guy with the appropriate eye drops. The second examination showed that the drops were having a positive effect. I'm so glad I found this competent veterinary practice; the vets helped my little darling efficiently and with great care. Dear pet owners! I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We were there on vacation and our dog unfortunately developed limber tail. Despite the dog clearly being in a lot of pain, we were turned away. Luckily, there was a veterinarian in Neustadt where, after a quick phone call, we were able to bring our dog in an hour later and he received treatment. The treatment itself only took five minutes. He was briefly examined, given an injection and painkillers, and we could see him getting better. I think they could have easily taken that much time. What a shame.
