Doctor Kinkel is very empathetic and caring. She takes her time to examine and talk with you after. Currently you have to wait outside until you get called inside via phone. They will take your pet inside and then pull you in to speak with you. Good hygienic concept and caring people.

We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Kinkel and Dr. Brosow for decades. We couldn't have placed more trust in them. We find them both to be extremely competent, calm, and empathetic – both in their interactions with the animals and with us as their owners. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and always act with great care and compassion. They have always been a reliable partner, especially in difficult situations. We are certain: We couldn't ask for better veterinary care. Thank you so much for the decades of dedicated and trustworthy care of our four-legged friends!

When one of our two female cats developed serious health problems, we found the best people to talk to in Ms. Kinkel and Mr. Brosow. Of course, the entire practice team is simply fantastic. At this point, we would like to thank everyone for the compassionate care they provided for our Luna during her final days. You are simply the best!
