Reviews
This vet was listed as an emergency veterinary service. Her website states "Open 24/7" and "Emergency veterinary service available anytime." Last night, our old family dog was suffocating. I called three times for help, but no one answered. This simply shouldn't happen with a 24-hour emergency vet service. He died. I tried calling again just now, and again, no one answered. This is completely inexplicable and absolutely outrageous!
We went there a while ago just to have our cat's nails trimmed, and they charged us around 80 euros. That was our first and last time there, unfortunately. We stupidly hadn't checked the prices beforehand. The vet was friendly, though, and the practice seemed okay overall. But we were still shocked by the pricing.
A very empathetic veterinarian. She's attentive to the animals without being intrusive. I highly recommend her. It's a shame there isn't a vet like her in my hometown!
It's an absolute disgrace to call this an emergency service. Our cat was suffering from acute respiratory distress and a racing heart. I tried to reach them at least ten times, but no one answered the phone, so we had to make the 50-minute journey to a clinic... sadly, our five-year-old cat couldn't make it and died on the way. Simply unbelievable.
