Our Australian Shepherd (8 years old) suffered a fainting spell yesterday, Sunday, and collapsed! While I tried to resuscitate him, my son called several veterinarians for help. The response from this practice (at least on the phone) was, "Then you'll have to go to the animal hospital!" It's 40 km away from us! In short: NO ONE HELPED, and we had to let our beloved pet go!
This was our first time in Kaköhl. The receptionist, Ms. K., particularly impressed me with her friendliness and warm, polite manner, even though it was very busy. I've rarely encountered such a nice person at a doctor's office reception. I was very pleasantly surprised, and it immediately made a good first impression.
