⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For as long as I can remember, this practice has been our first port of call for our animals – and has been for over 20 years now. In my family, everyone has been cared for here: from the Chinese painted quail to the large dog, and of course, now my own pets as well. The entire team around Dr. Jessen is simply exceptional: incredibly loving, highly competent, empathetic, and always absolutely professional. Whether it's an emergency or a routine check-up – you always get immediate help, with everything that's possible. The 24/7 availability is particularly reassuring, giving you a great sense of security in stressful situations. You can tell at every moment that the animals' well-being is truly the top priority. This trust, built up over so many years, really says it all. Thank you so much for this consistently excellent work – as a pet owner, you couldn't feel better cared for!

We and our dog Pajti were incredibly lucky to meet Dr. Jessen. Our 14-year-old Shetland Sheepdog mix had been developing a steadily growing tumor on his face since 2019. Our local vet in North Rhine-Westphalia said, "No surgery." The tumor ruptured during our vacation and was the size of a 5-mark coin. A blood test and Dr. Jessen's assessment showed it could be surgically removed. Amazing! Our dog recovered very well from the surgery. A highly competent and empathetic team! Many thanks to the practice! I wish we had vets like them locally. 🙏🏻
