So, for our first visit today, they were very nice and animal-loving. The staff and the treatment were also very pleasant for both people and animals. Above all, they weren't overly enthusiastic but down-to-earth in their approach. We really appreciate that. Animals should always be allowed to be animals and not just treated as cash cows or "guinea pigs." If the animal is happy, then the person is too, and you can share everyday life together as companions for a long time. Great team/Mannhagen. Keep it up! PS: Quick appointment scheduling is excellent. (Not five stars because we're still new, and there's always room for improvement. 😉)
