We had to take our dog to the vet today for an emergency appointment (because he ate chicken wings 🙄) and were able to see him immediately (even though it was almost lunchtime). He received immediate help! Everyone was so helpful and supportive! Thank you so much! 🩷 This vet is our go-to place for all our pets. We're completely satisfied. Everyone is incredibly kind to our dog! Even after being neutered and having all sorts of injections, he still loves going there and is always happy to see us 😅 A very friendly, wonderful, and above all, warm and welcoming practice! I highly recommend Dr. Klaus and her team. Although the appointment unfortunately didn't have a happy ending for my cat, I was impressed by Dr. Klaus's empathetic and competent advice and treatment. She handled the unavoidable euthanasia of my cat with great sensitivity.

After two examinations, we'll be looking for a new vet again. We paid a whopping €79 for a booster shot. Why they charged GOT34 (€21.93) plus GOT643 (€17.10) for a second vaccination remains a mystery. We're sorry, as everyone else is very friendly, but not with us. What a shame.

I would have loved to take my dog ​​to this practice, but when I inquired and was told that the second vaccination (for a dog that doesn't even weigh 2.5 kg) would cost €100, I was speechless. When I replied, surprised, that the vaccination actually costs €60 (just like the first one), the person on the phone laughed at me and tried to make me feel stupid. So, they're charging €200 for two vaccinations, and for a puppy! That's really not animal-friendly!
