I visited the veterinary clinic because I was very worried about a cat that hadn't eaten or drunk anything for several days. Although the cat wasn't mine, the entire team took me very seriously from the start. From reception to the veterinary assistants to the attending veterinarian, I felt incredibly well cared for. Everyone was friendly, professional, empathetic, and took plenty of time for me. I especially appreciated that I was never made to feel overly concerned or like I'd come for something trivial. In the end, it thankfully turned out to be just a case of stress-related loss of appetite. Nevertheless, the situation was carefully assessed, and I received comprehensive advice, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. The way the cat was handled was also exceptionally gentle and calm. The clinic itself is modern, very clean, and beautifully designed. I particularly appreciated the separate waiting areas for cats, which significantly reduced stress. A thoroughly competent, warm, and professional team. I am very grateful for the excellent care and can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic.
