Vet worming carried out on our 2 dogs (for return to the UK) very swiftly. The service was excellent and our dogs were handled with great care. The staff were familiar with the paperwork needed for entry into the UK. No appointment was needed and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. After 15 years, we had to take the hardest step of all and have our loyal friend put to sleep. I was looking for a veterinarian who makes house calls and came across this practice. I described the situation in an email and received a response very quickly. We were then able to schedule a house call incredibly fast. And then an angel came to us: Katrin Magath. I simply couldn't have wished for anyone else but this wonderful veterinarian. With empathy, love, and genuine compassion, my dog was gently and completely stress-free put to sleep. Throughout the process, she provided expert explanations and reassured us. I highly recommend this approach to anyone when their pet's time comes.
