I've been taking my animals to this practice for about four years now and I'm more than satisfied. My Labrador, Quincy, loves them all – especially his physiotherapist! :D My three cats are also treated here. To be fair, "cats are cats, not a loyal but goofy Labrador," but I'm happy to bring them back every time. They take action, get other opinions, and refer to specialist clinics if necessary, but they don't just "dope around" for weeks. Even on busy days, everyone is always friendly and takes their time. In September 2022, I had to have my cat put down, and the support was fantastic and the care was very compassionate. I'm completely satisfied and can truly recommend this practice to everyone.
