I can absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend the veterinary practice (formerly located in Westpark). The staff are so incredibly dedicated and loving towards animals. As a pet owner, you can trust their judgment 100%. For regular appointments, and also in emergencies, everything is done to ensure the animal's well-being and improvement. You always have someone to contact and are never left alone with your worries. I am incredibly grateful to the team at the Augarten veterinary practice for this. ❤️🙏 The new practice at Augarten is truly wonderful and very thoughtfully designed and organized. Even in the old practice, they had already considered many things to help calm the animal in stressful situations. For example, the blankets sprayed with Feliway, which are always available. These might sound like small things, but I find them very helpful. The new, larger practice now has separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. I think that's fantastic. Through the large windows, I had the feeling that my curious animals had a short-term distraction from the stressful vet visit.
A very nice and modern practice, very friendly staff, and a very good poultry veterinarian! Everything was explained and demonstrated to me clearly during the treatment (X-ray), and I felt well-advised. Highly recommended for hobby poultry owners!
A very friendly and competent team. Excellent appointment scheduling: I've never had to wait for an appointment, or only very briefly. Appointments are available quickly. In cases of acute illness, I've always been able to bring my animals to the practice within a few hours. Separate waiting areas for dogs and cats.
I think the new premises are fantastic, and it's brilliant to have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs. The team is sensational, and their helpfulness and professionalism are unbeatable. I've rarely felt so well cared for.
