Reviews
We love coming to your practice! You always have a listening ear… And the ladies at reception are so lovely… We're so glad to have you as our veterinarian. Our two boys were operated on by you and they've been doing very well ever since. And we have complete confidence in you!
Unfortunately, we can only give five stars; we would give the vet and the practice 10. We had to have our cat put to sleep yesterday. He was very ill. The vet was very compassionate, and we had time to say goodbye to him in peace. Now he has a lovely spot in our garden. Regards, Pauli
Two weeks ago, we had to make one of the hardest decisions of our lives and let our beloved dog Bobby go after more than 15 years together. Since our usual veterinarian was on vacation and we needed help at short notice, we called Ms. Schmidt. Although we had never been to her practice before, we were able to get an appointment the same day. From our very first contact, we felt very well cared for. Ms. Schmidt took an incredible amount of time, carefully examined Bobby's condition again, and reassured us of our decision with her calm, loving, and empathetic manner. This helped us immensely during this difficult time and gave us a sense of security. We were particularly impressed by how dignified and peaceful she made Bobby's farewell. At no point did it feel like a routine appointment, but rather like a journey accompanied by genuine compassion and great humanity. She took her time, was attentive and understanding, and created a peaceful atmosphere in which we could say goodbye to our dog. We were all the more touched to receive a lovely condolence card some time later. This gesture, the personal words, and the candle lit for Bobby deeply moved us and showed us how much heart and soul Ms. Schmidt puts into her work. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Schmidt. Should we ever welcome another dog into our lives, we will gladly return to her. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her again most sincerely for her loving support, comforting words, and dignified farewell. We will never forget it.
We had a bad experience. The animal wasn't even touched. Since there was no trust, we took our cat back home. We were billed for the consultation. We were reported to the veterinary office, and personal data (for which we had no consent) was shared. We received no response to several emails, and they don't seem to be able to react to negative reviews.
My cat was suspected of having ringworm, but wasn't allowed in the examination room. The vet was incredibly unfriendly and simply took my cat away. It's best to avoid this vet. She's very rude and inexperienced; they'll even take your pet away.
