Viktoria has achieved what the vet couldn't in four years: she found the cause. The symptoms were resolved in no time. Before, vet visits every six weeks were expensive and only provided temporary relief. Fantastic! Of course, as with everything, you have to be open to her approach. We are thrilled and grateful to have her nearby.

Long waiting times despite having an appointment, *substantial* bills, endless weeks-long waits for lab results before therapy is finally started, let alone a follow-up appointment being scheduled. Scheduling appointments and communication are extremely difficult. It's all far too tedious. She tries to please everyone, but fails because, in my opinion, she's overextending herself. Definitely not for my dog ​​and me.

Fantastic! My dog ​​was having trouble walking. She recognized the problem immediately and took action. Two other vets had failed. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Ms. Beck takes plenty of time for consultations and handles the animals with great sensitivity. She has been a great help to us so far. I highly recommend Ms. Beck!

After a lengthy course of treatment, I received further invoices two years later, retroactively. Furthermore, I received invoices that were not mine. Despite repeated inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp, there was no response or clarification whatsoever. Instead, a debt collection agency was engaged, incurring additional costs. The billing and accounting appear chaotic and unprofessional. The way former patients are treated is inappropriate, as my attempts to contact them were ignored. To my knowledge, this practice is not unique to me but also affects other patients. I am no longer a patient and, based on my experience, cannot recommend this practice. Overall, very disappointing.
