Super nice service, friendly and competent advice, highly recommended.

I had to go to the vet's office as an emergency on a public holiday because no other veterinarian in my area was open. I had had a feral cat (which doesn't like being touched) spayed the day before, and she pulled out the bandage and stitches. I understand that an emergency fee is charged because the vet is on call. But the fact that the final cost is four times what the spaying itself cost, and then I'm charged an additional €970 on top of the actual spaying, is incomprehensible to me. I'm not used to such high costs from other vets and can understand why some pet owners might think twice about taking their animal to the vet. You have to be able to afford something like that, especially since it's a feral cat. I was happy to do it for the cat, but from a veterinarian's perspective, this has nothing to do with animal welfare and borders on profiting from an emergency situation.

Excellent practice. The whole team is open and welcoming. They listen carefully to your concerns, examine your pet, and, most importantly, explain why you want to schedule the next steps or appointments in a particular way. They work calmly but efficiently, without stressing the animal if necessary. They approach their work with empathy, expertise, and genuine care for both people and animals!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Düvel veterinary practice. My cat Noctus suffered severe injuries in a fight that required intensive treatment. During this time, both the staff and the veterinarians were always there for me and lovingly cared for Noctus. Thank you so much for your compassionate care and excellent work! 🐾

We are very satisfied with the veterinary practice. Our Paul received very quick and highly competent help from Dr. Böhmer when he had a ureteral blockage. And a few weeks ago, our other cat, Ernie, stopped eating. He has dental problems. We got an appointment for surgery with Dr. Düvel very quickly, and everything went perfectly. The cat is back to his old self. Not only are the veterinarians excellent, but the veterinary assistants and trainees are also incredibly kind and friendly to both people and animals.
