I am incredibly grateful to have found Ms. Reich. Yesterday, she cared for my cat with such loving care, patience, and impressive expertise. As a former outdoor cat, he came to me with an injured claw. What touched me most, however, was her genuine dedication—not just to my cat, but to all the cats in the neighborhood. During our conversation, it quickly became clear how much passion she puts into her work and how deeply the well-being of free-roaming cats means to her. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, never seems stressed or rushed, and approaches each animal with a calmness and attentiveness that is rare these days. You immediately sense that profit isn't her primary motivation, but rather authenticity, responsibility, and a deep love for animals. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Reich as a veterinarian. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Berlin, but several hours away. The vet is very kind and straightforward, explains things well, and gives good advice. Ms. Reich takes her time with the animals and their owners. The prices are sometimes quite high, but even a veterinarian has to be able to cover her monthly expenses, which, unfortunately, are constantly increasing, just like everywhere else.

A wonderful veterinarian who patiently takes her time with both people and animals. She's easy to reach by phone, and you never have to wait long for appointments. My dog ​​loves going to the practice, and that says it all :)
