Our cat hates going to the doctor, and they always welcome her with sich kindness and professionalism, as well as explaining everything to us with great detail. You can tell that both of them absolutely love what they do, and that they have real passion for helping animals. I’m so grateful i found this clinic!
The lady doctor claims that peeing everywhere is a normal cat behaviour. My cat got prescription for overpriced vitamins that didn’t help at all. No further help provided. She only said “he needs special care”. Will never come back
Dr. Geiseler is honestly our favorite in Berlin. We've been to a number of vets with our cats and now dogs and we are so happy that we found her. Her respect for our little animal persons and her patience are absolutely unmatched!
Extremely friendly, attentive and very caring. We visited with our two cats, one of which with a complex medical history and they took spent a lot of time understanding her condition and giving her an overall check. They took very good care of them both. Highly recommended.
