The doctor and her assistant are very nice and competent! We had a very nice first experience with our new dog, we even got a welcome package. Absolutely recommended!

The staff are friendly and speak english, and i appreciate the online appointment making application. However, my cat had a somewhat uncommon problem and they were unable to help me (they quite literally told me “i dont know”) so i had to go elsewhere. Maybe they are good for common, obvious problems or routine visits, but for something more rare/complex, i wouldn’t recommend. Also, they are somewhat more expensive than many places.

I took my cat there one and the way they treated my cat was great . So gentle and even me I never saw both cat so relaxed when being examined. Great doctor and super friendly service. Top 5.

Last week our bird named Avatar had a surgery performed by a brilliant professional - Doctor Gottfried Nemec - a veterinarian with master hands, brave heart and inquisitive mind. The surgery was done perfectly. It is quite rare to find a doctor in Vienna who has the knowledge and courage to treat birds and other exotic animals. Dear Mr. Nemec, thank you very much! I would also like to express my gratitude to the owner and all the clinic staff for their impeccable service, clean and tidy premises and friendly attitude towards all kinds of animals.
