Don't let them fool you! +they sound nice on the phone and in person +they talk nicely to your pet and over your pet 'such a sweety' and give them treats + they appear carring by giving you this genius marketing bag 'get better soon petname' But -they are pricy as hell -no diagnoses after thousands of Euros and on top of that your pet is still in bad shape - I know for a fact the don't treat pets nicely behind closed doors I had a disposable bedpad in my pet box for accidents. After the treatment and a few hours of observation. I got my pet in my box without the bedpad completly soaked in urin which was already cold. So definivnetly it was not recent. After 20min of leaving this place my pet had to pee again. Usually my pet has to pee every 2-6 hours. So only good knows how long it had left in that. No diggnity at this place.

Want to give a super review again! Lovely, helpful and understanding staff ❤️ From another practice close to home I got a new pet passport - they messed it up with several errors, which they said I could correct by hand (not advisable!) Bärenwiese issued a new one, carefully made sure it was all correct and also showed relevant vaccinations. I didn’t have to wait long, given it was emergency hours. Thank you to the lovely team 🙏🏻

We came to the vet without an appointment because our dog broke her nail during a walk. The receptionist was very kind, and Dr. Ilona and her assistant were incredibly caring and empathetic with Freyja. They explained everything clearly and treated her with so much gentleness. The bandage was perfect too. A 10/10 experience, we’re very grateful.

I’ve been here a few times now, but most importantly twice for my cat Dante’s tooth extraction surgeries - once in December 2025 and again yesterday. Both times, the entire team was incredibly kind, caring, and professional with both me and Dante. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic, and it’s a huge comfort knowing my boy is in such good hands whenever he needs care. I can wholeheartedly recommend them! A big thank you to the whole team for everything, once again. 🤲🏻 You guys are amazing!

Avoid this clinic at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I initially booked the wrong type of appointment, and when I arrived, I asked if it would be possible to wait and have my cat seen by a proper veterinarian. They agreed, but instead I was seen by two interns who only briefly looked at my cat. I was then charged around 80€ without receiving any real treatment, medication, or helpful guidance. After that, I was simply told to book another appointment with a qualified vet. It honestly felt like they took advantage of the situation, especially for someone who may not fully understand the system or doesn’t speak German fluently. When you’re worried about your pet, you trust that you’re getting proper care—not just being processed and charged. When I raised concerns, the response was passive-aggressive and not helpful at all. Unless it’s an absolute emergency and there are no other options, I would avoid this clinic. It’s disappointing that in a city like Berlin, pet owners don’t have better emergency alternatives
