I have been taking my dog here for 2 years now. Everyone is very friendly, caring and patient which makes visiting the vet a lot easier!

This is our vet. They take card. They’re very nice. The two vets and many of the staff speak English. I like that they take a pet-first approach to vet care; they do what’s best for the pet. It might mean delaying a surgery to see if something heals on it’s own. And they don’t upswell you too hard on things. Good people.

The first visit for us to get the vaccination was perfectly fine, high quality vaccines were used (PureVax), everything worked well. The doctor was very informative about everything, explained every detail. The second time, however, was vastly different. The doctor asked for allergies and reactions from last time, got a response, that nothing special happened... and used NobiVac RCP instead of PureVax *without informing us on the change*. Our fault for not noticing it right away in the passport. Several hours later - and our cat had a severe allergic reaction to it, and we find in passport, that NobiVac RCP was used. Luckily, emergency helped to save him. Now we are again with him in another vet station with what seems to be symptoms of post-vaccination sickness. This is NOT what you do without informing the owner, since we would have told, that NobiVac MUST NOT be used on our cat, since he has reactions to it.

The service is great, I've been taking my cat to their clinic for the last year and a half, and she's stayed in the cat-pension 4 times, from 1-week-long-stays to 4-weeks-long-stays. The vets are really nice and professional, the place has a very comfy waiting room, and the cat-pension rooms are a dream come true for cats (she's only stayed in the shared room).

Very reliable practice I find them. Both vets care about the animal’s wellbeing and give good advices. Assistant has been nice too.
