I’ve tried out quite a few vets since moving to Berlin in this neighborhood. And this is the one I’ll always go back to! Super friendly staff and calm atmosphere. My dog loves going there and me too 😊

We are new to Berlin and wanted to establish care for our MaineCoon Kitty, Zara. We are only a 5 minute walk from Olivaer Platz and were very fortunate to have Filu open their newest office there! I believe that Zara was the first kitty seen at that location. The office is lovely and inviting to both pets and pet parent. The staff are so friendly and the Vets are knowledgeable and thorough AND speak English! Fortunately, Zara has no health issues, but it is reassuring to know that we have excellent care just down the road!

Wonderful clinic! The veterinarians are not only friendly but also very skilled and professional. I really appreciated how easily we could communicate in English, it made the whole experience much more comfortable.

I have a 2-year dog. I asked for an anti-ectoparasite (fleas, mites, ticks). And they gave me an anti-endoparasite (heart worm, etc.). Result? My dog was unprotected and caught fleas. Now we are dealing with fleas at home and my dog has a flea-related allergy. So he has to take antihistaminics which are also expensive. Really bad experience for us.

My positive impression of this veterinary clinic comes from the outstanding professionalism and genuine compassion shown by everyone, from the warm, attentive reception staff to the highly skilled veterinarian. From the moment I arrived, the clinic stood out as bright, modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with animals in mind. The fresh scent of cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, and the carefully arranged waiting area immediately created a sense of comfort and trust. Thoughtful touches, such as offering tasty treats for the animal patients and fresh coffee and cool water for humans, added to the warm, welcoming environment and made the visit feel surprisingly relaxing. The reception team was especially impressive in the way they communicated with clarity, patience, and efficiency. They carefully assessed the urgency of the situation, arranged a same-day appointment without hesitation, and handled every step with calm professionalism and reassuring kindness. The veterinarian was equally exceptional, combining outstanding interpersonal skills with an impressive depth of professional expertise. Whenever I asked questions, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly, including the physiology, biochemistry, prescribed medication, and available treatment options. Her explanations were detailed yet easy to understand, which immediately inspired confidence. What I appreciated most was her balanced and compassionate approach. She reassured me enough to ease unnecessary anxiety while still providing clear instructions and a realistic prognosis, helping me feel informed, supported, and fully prepared to care for my cat.
